Donald Ross
Donald Roe Ross (1922-2013) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. Ross was nominated by President Richard Nixon on November 30, 1970 to a seat vacated by Harry Blackmun. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 11, 1970 and received commission the next day. He assumed senior status on June 13, 1987 and died in December 2013.[1][2]
Military service
Ross served in the United States Army Air Corps from 1942 to 1946.[2]
Education
Ross received his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1948.[2][3]
