Donald Voorhees
Donald S. Voorhees (1916-1989) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
Voorhees was nominated by President Richard Nixon on May 28, 1974, to a seat vacated by William Beeks; he was confirmed by the Senate on June 13, 1974, and received commission on June 20, 1974. He assumed senior status on November 30, 1986. He served the Western District of Washington until his death on July 7, 1989. Voorhees was succeeded in this position by William Dwyer.
