Donelle Harder
Donelle Harder (Republican Party) was the Oklahoma Secretary of State-elect. She did not assume office.
Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) appointed Harder as Oklahoma Secretary of State on October 1, 2025 to replace Josh Cockroft (R).[1] Harder was not permitted to assume office, as state law requires the Secretary of State to have been a registered voter in Oklahoma for ten years, while Harder had been registered for eight.[2]
Biography
Donelle Harder earned a bachelor's degree from Baylor University. Her career experience includes working as a director.[3]
