Biography
Donna Bailey lives in Saco, Maine. Bailey graduated from Berlin High School in 1979. She earned a degree in European history from Bates College in 1983 and a law degree from the University of Maine in 1986. Bailey's career experience includes working as an attorney with Maine Title Company. She served on the Saco Planning Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals.[1]
