Donna Carr (Republican Party) is a judge of the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals. She assumed office in 1998. Her current term ends on February 9, 2029.

Biography
Education
Carr received her undergraduate degree from Kent State University and her J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law.[1]
Career
Carr began her legal career in 1984 as an assistant prosecutor for Summit County. In 1993, she became the chief counsel of the Civil Division in Summit County. Carr was appointed to the Akron Municipal Court in 1995, where she served until her appointment to the Ohio Ninth District Court of Appeals in 1998.[1]
