Donna M. Fields was a circuit court judge for the 30th Circuit Court Division 7 in Tennessee from 2004 until August 2016. Initially appointed to the court, she won retention to full eight-year terms in 2006 and 2014. She retired from the bench, effective August 2016, despite having six years remaining on her term. Mary L. Wagner was appointed to fill the vacancy created by Field's retirement.[1][2][3][4]

Biography

Fields received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1970 and her J.D. degree from the University of Memphis in 1975. She worked as an attorney in private practice for twenty-seven years prior to her judicial election in 2004.[1]
