Donna Mowrer is a judge on the Ninth Judicial District Court in New Mexico. She was appointed by Governor Susana Martinez in August 2011 and elected to the court in November 2012.[1][2] She was retained in 2014 for a term.[3]

Mowrer was retained to the 9th District Court with 80.4 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [3]

The New Mexico Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission recommended that Judge Mowrer be retained. The full report is available here.

2012

Mowrer was elected to the district court after running unopposed.[2]

Education

Mowrer received a B.S. from Eastern New Mexico University and a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law.[1]

Career

From 2001 until her judicial appointment, Mowrer served as a deputy district attorney in the Ninth District.[1]
