Biography
Donna Parker-Tate lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. She earned a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Shaw University in 1973 and a master's degree in educational administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1985. Parker-Tate's career experience includes working as a principal for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, as a leadership consultant for Teachscape, and as a principal mentor for Durham Schools.[1]
