Biography

Donnell Cooper was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Cooper earned a high school diploma from Jack Yates High School, a graduate degree from Texas Southern University in 1998, and a bachelor's degree from Southern University in 1994. His career experience includes working as an adjunct professor.[1]
