Connor earned her B.S. from West Chester State College.

Connor ran for re-election in the 2012 election for Delaware State Senate District 12. Connor ran unopposed in the Republican primary on September 11, 2012 and was defeated by Nicole Poore and Brad Thomas in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1][2]
