Doris L. Fransein was an Oklahoma district judge for Tulsa County, in District 14. She was the chief judge of the juvenile division from 2005 to 2018.[1] She was re-elected in 2014 after running unopposed.[2] She retired December 31, 2018.[3]

Fransein ran for re-election to the 14th District Court. As an unopposed candidate, she was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot.[2]

Fransein was re-elected to the district court after running unopposed.[4]

Education

Fransein received a B.A. from Drury College and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa.[5]

Career

Fransein also worked as an adjunct professor of juvenile law at the University of Tulsa College of Law.[6]
