Dorothy Engelman was a 2016 Democratic candidate for District 29 of the Utah State Senate.

Engelman was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 74 of the Utah House of Representatives.[1] She was defeated by incumbent Lowry Snow (R) in the general election.
