Education

Drummond received his B.S. in journalism from Oklahoma State University in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1991. Drummond also has two graduate degrees, both from Oklahoma State University. He obtained an M.S. in mass communications in 1986 and an Ed.D. in higher education administration and leadership in 1996. He wrote his doctoral dissertation on free speech rights of employed faculty members.[2][3]
