Doug Ervin
Doug Ervin was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 35. Ervin assumed office in 2003. Ervin left office in 2011.
Ervin (Republican Party) ran for election to the Clay County Commission to represent Eastern District-Seat 1 in Missouri. Ervin lost in the Republican primary on August 4, 2020.
Biography
Ervin is the owner of Big River Wildlife Services, Limited Liability Company. He previously served as senior engineering manager for the Cerner Corporation from 1999-2001, and was also a team leader and programmer. He earned his B.S. in mathematics/business administration from William Jewell College.
Ervin is a member of the Kearney Chamber of Commerce, Missouri Farm Bureau, Smithville Chamber of Commerce, Nehemiah Center Board, and Deacon with the First Baptist Church of Kearney. He is married and has three children.[1]
