Biography

Doug Mann was born in New York. Mann earned a bachelor's degree from Niagara University in 2011, a graduate degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 2018, and a J.D. from the University of Missouri in 2021. His career experience includes working as a high school teacher and as an attorney.[1][2]

If elected, I promise to be a voice for the people and advocate for policies that give everyone the freedom to thrive.
