Doug Scamman
Doug Scamman is a former Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He represented the Rockingham 13 District from 2004-2010, serving two terms as Speaker of the House.
Scamman is the director of administration for the Department of Transportation.
Scamman is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. He and his wife, Stella Scamman, have four children.[1]

2008
On November 4, 2008, Scamman ran for the Rockingham District 13 of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, winning the first of eight seats with 7,513 votes.[2]
Scamman raised $200 for his campaign.[3]
