Douglas A. Kirkley
Douglas A. Kirkley was an Oklahoma special district court judge for Wagoner County, which is located in District 15.[1] He joined the court in 2008.
Education
Kirkley received a B.A. in mass communications from East Central Oklahoma State University. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1992 with a J.D.[2]

Court of Appeals bid
Kirkley applied to fill a seat opening on the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals in 2010. He was one of eight candidates reviewed by the Oklahoma Judicial Nominating Commission.[3]
