Biography
Brown was born in Opelousas, Louisiana. He is a rice, soybean, and crawfish farmer. Brown served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he was a Purple Heart recipient. He is affiliated with the National Rifle Association, where he is an instructor, and with the Chamber of Commerce and Delta Waterfowl.[1]
