Douglas K. Mann is a judge of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County in California. Mann assumed office in 2021. Mann's current term ends on January 8, 2029.

Mann won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of San Bernardino County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Mann was appointed to the court by Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) on March 25, 2021, to fill the vacancy of a new position created on September 24, 2019.[1]

Although California Superior Court judges are elected in nonpartisan elections, a press release from Gov. Newsom's office announcing Mann's appointment on March 25, 2021, identified him as a Republican.[1]

Biography

Mann received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School. Directly prior to his appointment to the bench, he had worked as a Partner and Attorney at Walker & Mann LLP since 2007.[1]
