Education
Miller graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in economics in 1975. He received his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1978.[1]
Career
Miller was an attorney with the Law Offices of Thomas T. Anderson in Indio, California from 1978 to 1995. He also served as a judge pro tem of the Riverside County Superior Court from 1982 to 1995. Miller was appointed to this court in 1995. He served as a superior court judge until his appointment to California Fourth District Court of Appeal in 2006.[1][2]
