Douglas R. Herman

Douglas R. Herman was a District Court Judge for the East Central Judicial District of North Dakota. Herman was based out of Fargo, in Cass County, North Dakota.[1] Gov. John Hoeven nominated Herman to the court in 2004.[2] He retired January 11, 2019.[3]
Biography
Herman earned his B.A. from Baylor University in 1971. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1975.[1]
