Douglas R. Vannoy is a former judge of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court in Colorado, serving Fort Morgan. Vannoy was appointed to this position in 1988 and was most recently retained by voters in 2014.[1]  He retired from the court on July 1, 2016.[2]

Vannoy received his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law. Prior to his judicial appointment in 1988, he was an attorney in private practice.[3]

2014

Vannoy was retained to the Thirteenth Judicial District with 69.5 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014. [4]
