Collapse all
|- We need to return the government to the people. We have ceded our government to special interests and the political industrial complex.
- Our government is a well established bureaucracy that anyone can learn. Anyone trying to convince you that political expertise is necessary for representing your neighbors has a motive to do so.
- Extremism alienates the very people that politicians are supposed to represent. Representing the values of only one religion or one point of view is wrong. Politicians represent all of the constituents.
- Keeping the State from competing with industry
- Focusing on the core functions of government.: protecting the people and promoting free enterprise. What you do in your bedroom is your business
- You are all grown adults. You are responsible for the risks you take and you should accept the consequences. Government should not create blanket mandates unless they are to protect the citizenry.
Technology:
Those experiences shaped me as a military leader, as an economic development professional, as a cybersecurity professional, and as an entrepreneur. No private schools, no political appointments - just the ability to recognize the potential in people from all walks of life and make effective teams with them.
- Understanding technology and moving toward technology enabled industries.
- Creating the workforce of the future.
