I'm an entrepreneur and long-time Conway resident. I've built & sold multiple businesses in our community, and have been active through non-profit board service for many years. I'm also the current vice chair of the Conway Planning Commission, so have experience "getting my hands dirty" with city government.

I graduated from Conway High, and graduated from UCA with a BBA in marketing and a masters in business administration.

After selling my marketing agency (Kanga Studio) in 2022, I became a full-time business coach, working with leadership teams to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System.

I believe Conway's future is bright and our best days are ahead of us. I'm ready to bring some younger energy to the city council, so I can learn from our long-time representatives and provide a thread of continuity as a generational shift takes place in the coming years. It's time for my generation to step up and get involved!
  • Continue to focus on economic development. Conway is the fastest growing city in Arkansas two years in a row. That didn't happen by accident! We must continue working to build a place where people want to live, work, and play. Working to attract business and industry to Conway will continue to help grow our economy and benefit Conway residents.
  • A Next Generation Leader. I have nothing but love & respect for our City Council. I've been the beneficiary of visionary leadership over the last 20 years. It's time for my generation to step up! The average age in Conway is between 32 and 34. The average age on our council is in the 60's. I want to get involved now to learn from these seasoned leaders, while providing fresh energy & a fresh voice.
  • Focus on affordable housing & infrastructure. While we continue to grow as a city, we have to pay attention to a few important policy issues. First, we have to update our zoning code to allow for diversity in developments and multi-use zoning for higher density. We must also continue to invest in trails and repair our streets and sidewalks.
Zoning code, economic development, policing, entrepreneurship, and affordable housing
Change is made at the local level. Your City Council and Quorum Court representatives make decisions that affect what you see when you look at your window.
City Council is unique because aldermen represent a fairly small percentage of the population - they may be some of the only political offices you can pick up the phone and talk to easily.
Transparency and character. It's most important that elected officials work to represent the interests of their constituents.
Elected officials should be honest and should be completely transparent with citizens.
I care about people. I pay attention to details. And I bring entrepreneur energy to most things I do. I don't easily accept "no" for an answer. I get my hands dirty and figure out how to get the work done!
To listen to citizens, advocate for the best for the city, and steward our city resources well.
I want to make a positive impact on everyone I meet.
I vividly remember 9/11. I was in 6th grade at Carl Stuart in Mrs. Muyers class. I was 11 years old.
I worked at Vanness, Inc in Little Rock one summer. It was a fun way to start working, and I learned a lot in the summer I was there!
Required? No. Beneficial, certainly! My experience with the planning commission prepares me for a lot of work the council does.
100% open books, easily accessible to citizens. Taxpayers have a right to know where their money is going.
