Dru Buntin
Dru Buntin was the Missouri Director of Natural Resources. Buntin assumed office on August 11, 2021. Buntin left office on January 13, 2025.
Gov. Mike Parson (R) appointed Buntin to the position on August 11, 2021, to replace Carol Comer.[1]
Biography
Dru Buntin earned a B.A. in political science and government from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1994. Buntin's career experience includes working as the deputy director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, the executive director of the Upper Mississippi River Basin Association, and a legislative liaison with the Missouri Governor's Office in Washington, D.C. He served on the board of Friends of Rocheport.[2]
