Duane Hart was a justice of the Queens County Supreme Court, Civil Term in the 11th Judicial District of New York. He was elected to this position in 2002.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2015.[3][4] Hart died on April 19, 2016.[5]

Hart was appointed to the New York City Civil Court in 2000 and was elected to the Queens County Supreme Court in 2002.[1]
