Dudley Baldwin Bonsal (1906-1995) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Bonsal received a recess appointment from President John F. Kennedy on October 5, 1961, to a new seat created by 75 Stat. 80. He was then nominated on January 15, 1962, confirmed by the Senate on March 16, and received his commission on March 17th. Bonsal was succeeded in this position by Pierre Leval. He assumed senior status on December 6, 1976, and served in that position until his death on July 22, 1995.[1]
