Dugald Brown
Dugald Brown (b. October 31, 1981) was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of West Virginia. He lost in the Democratic primary.[1]
Brown works as an IT specialist.[2]
