Duncan Frey Kilmartin (b. June 30, 1942) is a former Republican and Democratic member of the Vermont House of Representatives, representing Orleans-2 from 2000 to 2015. Kilmartin did not seek re-election in 2014.

Biography

Kilmartin attended Nyack College from 1960 to 1961. He went on to earn his B.A. in political science from Colgate University in 1964. He then received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1967.

Kilmartin was a Law Clerk for The Honorable Ernest Gibson, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, from 1967 to 1968. He has been the President of Rexford and Kilmartin Incorporated, Attorneys, since 1968.

Kilmartin won re-election in the 2012 election for Vermont House of Representatives Orleans 2. Kilmartin was unopposed in the August 28 Republican primary and won election in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[1]
