"I have dedicated my life to serving our country and to helping those who have been touched by military service. After decades away due to my own service, I was able to fulfill a lifelong dream and return to Maine. Our state is an incredibly special place, and I want to get to work to help it thrive. It would be an honor to continue my journey of service as the next State Senator for District 11."
  • Responsible, Repsonsive, and Efficient Government
  • Supporting Small Business-Rebuilding a Resiliant Economy for all of Waldo County
  • Growing Maine's Workforce
I'm guided by a central premise that government, in most cases, is not the best or most accessible solution to the needs of our residents. The power of community-based partnerships must be harnessed to allow our citizens to succeed in the communities where they live. We must keep government regulation, taxes and fees in check while helping to grow our workforce so our small businesses have a pool of talented workers to hire. As a member of the Maine Legislature, I will carry out my lifelong commitment by advocating for and supporting policies that help Maine veterans of all ages. Our country's veterans and their families have sacrificed much for all of us - we have a responsibility to make them a priority of public policy. I reject the narrative of decline and division that so many in the public sector weaponize to drive us apart. We will build while others tear down and will ignore the naysayers and pessimists as we get Waldo County back on course.
