Dwayne Wright McConnell was a superior court judge for the Fourth Judicial District in Bethel, Alaska. Governor Sean Parnell appointed McConnell July 11, 2012, effective September 2012.[1][2] McConnell retired in 2018.[3]

Education

Judge McConnell earned his B.A. from Southwest Missouri State University in 1971 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1975.[1][4]
