Dwight E. Stokes is a judge for the Sevier County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. He also has jurisdiction over the Sevier County Juvenile Court. He was first elected to this position in 1998 and is based out of Sevierville.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 for a term that expires on August 31, 2022.[3]

Stokes received his B.A. degree in political science from Carson-Newman College in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee in 1977.[1]
