Dwight Phifer
Dwight Phifer was a judge of Texas District 2.[1] Phifer first won election in 2000.[2] He was re-elected to four-year terms in 2004, 2008, and 2012. Phifer did not seek re-election in 2016.
Biography
Phifer received his undergraduate degree from Southwest Texas State University and his J.D. from University of Texas School of Law.[2] Phifer has been Texas District 2 judge. Prior to taking the bench, he was in private practice.[2]

Phifer was re-elected without opposition to the 2nd District Court.[3]
