Dwight Stacy Marshall is a family court judge for the Floyd, Knott and Magoffin Counties Family Court of the 31st Judicial Circuit, which presides over Floyd, Knott, and Magoffin counties in Kentucky.[1] He was appointed by Governor Steve Beshear on December 18, 2009, and elected to the court on November 2, 2010.[2][3][4] Marshall was re-elected to the 31st Judicial Circuit in 2014.

Education

Marshall received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and his J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1993.[5][6]

Career

Before his appointment to the court, Marshall served as both an assistant attorney for Floyd County and as an assistant commonwealth's attorney.[2]
