Dylan Behler
Dylan Behler (Democratic Party) is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 30A. He assumed office on February 6, 2025. His current term ends on January 13, 2027.
Gov. Wes Moore (D) appointed Behler to the Maryland House of Delegates District 30A on February 6, 2025 to replace Shaneka Henson.[1]
Biography
Dylan Behler earned a bachelor's degree in political science and government from the University of Maryland in 2020. His career experience includes serving as director of legislative and constituent services at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources. He also served as chief of staff for former Maryland State Senate member Sarah Elfreth, and served as former chair of the Anne Arundel Democratic Central Committee.[2]
Scorecards
A scorecard evaluates a legislator’s voting record. Its purpose is to inform voters about the legislator’s political positions. Because scorecards have varying purposes and methodologies, each report should be considered on its own merits. For example, an advocacy group’s scorecard may assess a legislator’s voting record on one issue while a state newspaper’s scorecard may evaluate the voting record in its entirety.
Ballotpedia is in the process of developing an encyclopedic list of published scorecards. Some states have a limited number of available scorecards or scorecards produced only by select groups. It is Ballotpedia’s goal to incorporate all available scorecards regardless of ideology or number.
