I was born and raised in the Virgin Valley. I have lived or worked in the Valley my entire life with the majority of that time residing in Mesquite. I graduated from Virgin Valley High School and earned an associate's degree at Dixie State College. I also attended flight school and became a licensed commercial helicopter pilot and a CFI.

When I was 15 years old, I went to work for Leavitt Landscaping and Pest Control. I worked for Leavitt for about 10 years at which timing I took over the pest control branch of the company which I have operated here in Mesquite for about the last 23 years.

I've been married to my high school sweetheart for the past 26 years and we have 4 daughters that we've raised here in Mesquite.
  • Mesquite is a great community, and my number one goal is to continue that legacy and build upon it.
  • I would like to develop and better culture of partnership between our city government and our citys business community.
  • I would like and to improve our economic development and tourism departments.
Community involvement. There are so many great things happening in our city that are under supported and I would like to see that change and create a stronger community.
I believe the Mayor needs to remember he represent each citizen of the city and should work as hard as possible for the things he believes are in their best interests.
My favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo. I love the themes of overcoming hardship and ultimately learning to come to peace with the trials of life.
The mayor should represent the city with decorum, uprightness and civility
The city of Mesquite is a wonderful place to live and has provided me with the means and support to have a successful business and a great place to raise a family.
There should be constant and open discussion and partnership between all levels of government.
There should be constant and open discussion and partnership between all levels of government.
The mayor and law enforcement should work together to ensure the safety of the citizens. The mayor should also allow law enforcment to do their job without interference but hold them accountable when needed.
I believe government should by 100 percent transparent in all aspects.
