E. Lavoyd Morgan Jr.
E. Lavoyd Morgan Jr. was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 42 of the West Virginia House of Delegates. Morgan is a member of the Greenbrier Episcopal School Board of Trustees and West Virginia ACLU Board of Directors.
Morgan's professional experience includes working as an attorney at the Beckley law firm of Rodney Skeens as well as his own firm, E. Lavoyd Morgan, Jr. and Associates. He earned his B.A. from Concord College in 1992 and his J.D. from Campbell University in 1995.

Morgan ran in the 2012 election for West Virginia House of Delegates, District 42. Morgan and Peter E. Bostic were defeated by Glenn Singer and Steve Hunter in the May 8 primary election.[1][2]
