E. Trenton Brown III (also known as Trent) is a judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals. He assumed office in 2018. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.

Brown ran for re-election for judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals. He won in the general election on June 9, 2020.

Brown was appointed to the court in June 2018 by Republican Governor Nathan Deal (R). He succeeded Judge Tilman E. Self III.[1]

Brown previously was a judge for Eight Superior Court District, serving in the Ocmulgee Circuit in Georgia. He was appointed by Governor Deal in August 2012.[2]

Education

Brown received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. from the Mercer University School of Law.[2]
