E. Wayne Phillips
E. Wayne Phillips was a district court judge for the 10th District Court in Montana.[1]
Retirement
In March 2012 Phillips announced his intention to retire, saying:
“ | A job of district judge is very wearing, and I’m worn out. I feel like I’m still at the peak of my capacity, so it really is the best thing for the citizens of the district that I leave at the top of my game.[2][3] | ” |
