Two Eagle Creek Metropolitan District Spending questions were on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Adams County, which is in Colorado, where they were approved.
The first question authorized the Eagle Creek Metropolitan District Management District, which is a sub-district of Central Colorado Water Conservancy District, to collect, retain and expend the full amount of revenues generated from Grants.
The second question authorized the District to have the same powers over any amount received from tap fees, Faculty fees, or any other fee.[1]
