Earl B. Richards, III began serving as a judge on the Fairfield District Superior Court in Connecticut in 1999.[1] He was appointed to the bench by Governor John Rowland, and his term expired in 2023.[2]

Richards has served on the Fairfield District Superior Court in Connecticut. Prior to his appointment in 1999, Richards served as deputy assistant at the Office of the State's Attorney in New Haven, Connecticut.[3]
