East Dubuque Liquor Business Closing Times Measures, 2 (November 2010)
Two East Dubuque Liquor Business Closing Times Measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of East Dubuque which is in Jo Daviess County.
The first measure sought to make it that all businesses operating under a municipal liquor license would have to close at 2 a.m.
The second measure sought to make is so that businesses operating under "A" liquor licenses would close at 2 a.m. and those under "B" licenses would be closed at 3:30 a.m. and be grandfathered into that time as long as the ownership of the business did not change.

Both these measures were be non-binding, meaning the council still will have the final say, but they wanted to bring the issue to the voters to gauge their opinions on the matter.[2]
