Measure E authorized the school district to borrow $349 million.

Pleasant, Oak Grove, Piedmont Hills, Santa Teresa, Silver Creek, Yerba Buena, W.C. Overfelt, and District adult, alternative, and charter schools, and acquire property for new schools, shall East Side Union High School District issue $349,000,000 of bonds at legal interest rates so long as spending is reviewed by an independent oversight committee?"[1] |
