An Eastpointe City Library Levy Increase measure was on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Eastpointe which is in Macomb County.

This measure sought to increase the current parks and recreation levy by .8246 mills for a further five years in order to better support operational and maintenance costs of the park district in the city.[2]
