Eber Phelps
Eber Phelps (Democratic Party) was a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 111. Phelps assumed office on January 9, 2017. Phelps left office on January 13, 2019.
Phelps (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Kansas House of Representatives to represent District 111. Phelps lost in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Phelps previously represented House District 111 from 1997 to 2013. While in office, Phelps served as minority whip.
Biography
During his time in the state house, Phelps worked in sales and marketing for the Glassman Corporation. Prior to his election to the House, Phelps served as mayor of Hays and was also on the Hays City Commission.[1]

2010
Phelps won re-election to the 111th District Seat in 2010 with no opposition. He was also unopposed in the Democratic primary. The general election took place on November 2, 2010.[9]
