Ed Koon
Ed Koon was a judge on the Seventh Circuit Court in Arkansas. He was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to succeed Phillip Shirron. Koon's term expired on December 31, 2012.[1]
Career
Prior to his appointment, Koon was an attorney in Sheridan, Arkansas.[2]
