Eddward Phillip Ballinger, Jr. is a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, District of Arizona. He joined the court on February 15, 2013.[1][2]
Education
Ballinger received his undergraduate degree and J.D. from Ohio State University.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the bankruptcy court, Ballinger was a superior court judge for the Maricopa County Superior Court from 1998 to 2013. He also previously practiced at Brown & Bain, P.A.[2]
2012 election
Ballinger was retained with 69.26 percent of the vote in the general election on November 6th.[3][4]
