  • TRUST & TRANSPARENCY I am running to restore Trust and Transparency in the district. We have unfortunately seen about 5,000 student leave the district since 2018. I will work to rebuild trust within the community.
  • ACCOUNTABILITY I will ensure the Board and district are Accountable to all stakeholders, including students, parents, families, teachers, taxpayers and voters. We need business leaders on the Board with a customer minded approach that will put Students First and challenge the status quo.
  • FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY I will ensure the district respects taxpayer investments in the district and directs money to classrooms, not administrative bloat. I will work to reduce wasteful spending.
Common sense, Servant leadership, Process improver, Good listener
My first job as a teenager was at a video game store. I can still smell the Windex from the display cases. LOL.
The responsibility of Board Members is to approach each decision with an open mind and after hearing from all stakeholders, making the right decision for the district students, taxpayers and staff.

Some of these key decisions are:
Reviewing and approving the district budget,
Establish district policies that align with district mission and goals, and ensure greater transparency, accountability and fiscal responsibility.

The Board is also responsible for hiring and holding the Superintendent accountable.
Voters, taxpayers, parents and staff.
AZ Free Enterprise Club, AZ Women of Action, Republican Liberty Caucus of Arizona, Parents' Rights In Education PAC, Stand For Health Freedom
Arizona State Senator Shawnna Bolick, Former Arizona State Senator Nancy Barto, City of Phoenix Councilmember Jim Waring, Sandra Christensen, PVUSD Board Member
Transparency builds Trust. Regrettably, PVUSD has repeatedly violated Open Meeting Law (OML) to conduct the district's business in private, closed door committees, including the recent closure of 3 more PV Schools. I will stand up for financial transparency and government accountability at PV Schools.
