Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
| An additional tax of 3.5 mills for the benefit of Eden Township, Licking County, OH, for the purpose of fire protection and emergency medical services at a rate not exceeding three and five-tenths (3.5) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-five cents ($0.35) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
