I am a Woodworker/Carpenter by trade and the Vice Chair of the Libertarian Party of Bexar County. I decided to run for Bexar County Judge after seeing the detrimental impact the lockdowns, handed down by local government, had on the physical, mental, and economic health of San Antonio. Freedom is an inalienable human right, and I look forward to being the only Freedom-minded candidate on the ballot for this office.
  • Repeal all policies enacted in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic
  • Abolish Property Taxes
  • End the Drug War in Bexar County

As a Libertarian, I firmly believe all taxation is a theft from the people. As Bexar County Judge, I would provide relief to the citizens of Bexar County in any way I can. By abolishing property taxes at a local level, we would force the county to take a hard look at their budgets, while keeping that money where it should be, in the hands of the citizens. The past 2 years have shown us that local government, and the decisions they make in an emergency, are critical to the health and well-being of a county. Our community faced more hardships than necessary, due to the lockdowns and the response to Covid-19. As Bexar County Judge, I would take a hard look at the Emergency Powers given to local authorities and hold them accountable for their actions under them.
I grew up in a pivotal generation, the generation who were children when 9/11 occurred. I was 10 years old when the towers fell, and honestly my biggest concern that day was that we weren't allowed out to recess. Come to think of it, this might have been when my questioning of authority figures first began.
My very first job was a cabinetmaker in Albuquerque, NM. I was right out of high school, and I was able to learn the basics of how a shop ran and the intricacies of cabinetry. I worked in the same field for 6 years in Albuquerque, before moving to beautiful San Antonio. Once we relocated to Texas, I began engineering for local cabinet shops and drafting jobs. I am currently the lead draftsman at the largest custom cabinet shop in South Texas.
